Return process

Return instructions:

  1. Contact our customer service at info@yourcasa.de to report the return. Please always provide the invoice or order number.
  2. Pack the item securely.
  3. Send the item to the address we provided.
  4. Please note the processing time of 2-3 days for the refund.

Are returns free ?

We give you a return policy of 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within this period.

  • Do you need a return label? No problem! Simply send us a short email to info@yourcasa.de with your order number and we will immediately send you a return label!
  • Simply print out the label.
  • Take the package to the nearest shipping point.
  • The amount to be refunded will be back in your account within a few working days.
