Die Lieferung hat sehr lange gedauert.
Wir haben eine graue Tonne und der Deckel ging zu Bruch. Der terracotta- farbene Deckel passt und beides sieht zusammen echt gut aus.

Nach mehrmaliger Mahung wurde endlich der Deckel verschickt. Der Deckel tut das was er soll.
Lieferung erfolgte zuverlässig. Maße waren passend. Vielen Dank.

Das Produkt ist gut. Die Versendung der Bestellung war unterirdisch 👎 Musste zweimal anmahnen, warum die Bestellung nach 10 Tagen immer noch nicht versendet wurde.
Versand erfolgte etws verzögert. Nachdem ich den Shop kontaktiert habe erfolgte aber alles reibungslos.

Leider hat der Versand überhaupt nicht gut funktioniert. Erst war er angekündigt und hat dann das Lager doch nicht verlassen. Man bat mich schon um Bewertung und das Produkt war noch im eigenen Lager. Das sollte besser klappen. Produkt selber ist top.
Langezeit war der lieferstatus nur auf „elektronisch angekündigt“. Nach Kontakt mit einem Chat bot wurde der neue Versand veranlasst. Auch dieser Status war lange (ca 7 Tage) auf elektronisch Angekündigt. Telefonische war niemand zu erreichen sowie der Chat bot keine Antwort mehr lieferte. Als letztes Mittel habe ich über Paypal einen Fall geöffnet und prompt antwortete der Verkäufer. Kurz Ware erhalten über viele Umwege
